Friday Updates (Week of 5-12-2023) (Patreon)

Hooray. Another week gone. Where did it go? I have no idea someone help me.

So, the N&D chapters are coming along. Chapter 3.35 on Royal Road is especially impactful to the story. Hard to imagine that's the half-way point for this book. I haven't even written the ending, yet. But the text sits at 65 chapters, 195,000 words. That's without the end of the book, so there's a bit more to go.

In discord, we had a few readers posting interesting things. First was the art posted by buttscord (heh). They drew Zarali and Tresk, which I thought was extremely neat. Another reader posted their fan fiction about Nira and Alise, which was adorable.

I have been working on a different story since the 21st of last month. 20 days with 80,000 words is bonkers, so there has to be something there. I need to let it rest for a while before I talk about it, though. Last time I talked about a story before I gave it a chance to ferment, bad things happened.

Anyway, short update this week. I thank everyone for supporting me, as always. You're the best.
