Weekly Updates (6-30-2023) (Patreon)

I can't express how much easier it is to post early chapters by putting them in 1 post. It is legit just... It's a dream. I'll never go back. Screw that.

Anyway, updates. So, N&D book 3 finishes running on Patreon this week. Guess I should write more for book 4, huh? I've been working on my other project. One that I've had a lot of fun with. So I'll talk about that a bit.

The other project I'm working on is an adventure book. Plain and simple. Didn't really know what it was going to be before I started writing it, and just found the plot as I went. I've had an extremely strong sprint for that story.

I think having a second project that is NOT strictly slice of life is going to help me write the Newt and Demon. I need something to keep me happy, so I don't edge N&D to being any kind of action book. There might be scenes in N&D that have action, but it's not built like that. It's a townbuilding and crafting story, so I want to keep it that way.

I'm not going to make different tiers for the other story, because that's too much work. If you're already subbed, you'll get advanced chapters based on your tier. Same schedule as N&D. 3 ahead, 6 ahead, and 9 ahead...Although N&D third tier is 12 ahead... Hmm, I don't think I have enough backlog for the new story, but whatever.

Anyway, looking to get back into writing N&D 4 here soon. Got a plot for that and everything. Looking forward to see how the sprint on that goes. Eager to have a good pace lol.
