Patreon changes, Temp change to Key distribution. (Patreon)

 Orachi here,

The key distribution has been currently moved to the welcome note.
Reason: Patreon made some changes to the message system and makes it impossible for me
to check messages what have been send new or is old. (aka it's shit)

So until it's fix, key's are in welcome note
