Minor Bug Fixes : ToM V0.2 (Patreon)

Released a small update
Few bug fixes:

- Double Cancel in the lightning Menu
- Chess giving Error 'x" upon starting second chess match (temporary fix in place)
- Being Invisible after exiting the inn.
- Bandit Scout ACC 15% reduction was doing 50% reduction instead
- Xin wasn't showing up after her start up dialog
- Quests plugin not updating on starting Hieiri's quests
- You can't access Hya's Quest in Restpoint.
- Mystra can't be upgraded.

Being worked on :
- Chess rematching fix

- Quests plugin not updating on starting Hya's quests (Quest can still be finished)
