Death Lego

That was a heck of a culmination ending to this episode. Honestly, yeah I saw the sign posting to the hallucination as they slowly built up. Somewhere in the middle of the episode I began to suspect. The fact he was meant to be in solitary and the parallels ect ect. Charlie passing away was a true shock. I'd forgotten about that right up until the very moment he was getting visually very worked up. Then it flooded back to me like a painful memory. In the moment I just felt he died of a broken heart at the sight of what was happening to his newsroom. But also your symbolism idea of the father like role he had for Will and other members of the team, is also very apt for him as a character. This whole episode just feels a pile of reasons why we are too f'd up and doomed for oblivion. So many of the worst examples of humanity appearing to drown out the mission to civilise.
