Lindsey's motives will make sense soon, don't worry. 😭 Like I said on the last episode though, definitely do not look at the guest stars next episode. There are some pretty big spoilers in them. Stephen is such an underrated character. And his wife is just the best. (Helps she's played by Tracie Thoms, who is just amazing and gorgeous!!) But it's always just such a relief when shows don't make the wife character hate their husband's job and all that. Cuz I often get it, but it always just leads to so much misogyny. And I just prefer supportive spouses.

I think the reason Reid in prison feels SO dragged out is because of the fact that he's so separate from the rest of the show throughout it. He's unable to be part of the story. And there's just not much he can really do. When I first watched, when the story started I figured it was a way to have him not in some of the episodes as Matthew had been having a few episodes off a season since s11, so I thought it was a way of having him separate so they could occasionally just not have a story for him for an episode or two, then go back to it. But then they didn't and while he's my favourite character, and part of me DOES love the prison arc, it DOES drag, and I do think a big part of it is because he was in every episode since he got arrested, and they weren't quite sure what to do with him in Prison so separate from the rest of the characters and unable to actually participate in cases and such.
