James Gunn has said that the next time we see Chris might be in the Superman sequel, Man of Tomorrow, next year , because that story will largely take place on Salvation and in a possible Checkmate show, because by the end there, it wasn’t just about Peacemaker anymore but about the whole crew, as an ensemble. Salvation is also meant to play a bigger role going forward because in the comics, a lot of big things happen there, which I wouldn’t want to spoil at this moment because I don’t know what they will decide on using just yet.
