A Day Off (Patreon)

Hi all. Sorry to do this but I can't deliver a chapter tomorrow. I have half of it done but the scope of what I want to write is quite ambitious and this heat has got on top of me. No sleep for two days and now I just can't think straight. If it was a case of finishing a mostly-good chapter I would try to power through but I think the setup I've created for the next chapter has the potential to be interesting given a bit more time. I'll post on Monday.

While I'm here, the following weekend is going to be disrupted, too. I am taking my wife to see her first ever football match! It's England versus Wales in the Women's Euros in Switzerland so there's loads going on there. We will be in the Wales end. If you see a couple weeping because of the Welsh anthem, that's probably not us. That match is on Sunday, which is normally one of my biggest writing days of the week.
