Love the game. Truly love it. So much nostalgia from PT yet loads of new women and fun side-quests too! I feeel the world-building is much better in this game. Although, it would be handy to have a stats screen to show your Strength so you don't get beat up on patrol, Relationship level with women, Culture level without having to fail at talking to Jasmine hundreds of times... Just QoL stuff. I'm serious Akaman when I say you should not give this away for free! Many people believe CULTURE is worth paying for! There is a significant group of people who have money, and will buy games rather than search out pirated versions. (for example, I just bought X-Com UFO defense on GOG, even though I own the 90s CD and you can get it free illegally online). Even just keep the game on Patreon and make Itch and Boosty versions for $10 or combine ALL your games into one zip and sell it for $30 as the Official Akaman Triple Platinum version! Anyways... I also saw this hilarious thing on the side of your page: Gift membership Bring the world of AKAMAN to your friends and family. Friends, yes! Family... Only a TRUE man of culture could pull that one off!

Installed it on my steam deck on a whim working perfect so far just used the windows version added to steam then ran it on proton experimental and running smooth controls work without any major adjustments

1.03 gardening still has the wonky -2 days when you water your stuff. Even got -2 days left go to -4 days between waterings

Amazing game, you have outdone yourself! The only thing i'm needing (or havent found yet) is some stats, I would love to see my stats, either with the women as well as Jasmine's specific ones (the ones that appear at the end and show you what ending you got). Besides that the gameplay experience is amazing and I like the seasons + weather. Im amazed and the only thing I can do is applaud you ^^

Ok, after many hours playing QT I have to say - I can see why it took 3 years. You always had brilliant writing, but this time you just mastered the delivery - writing, with music and sound effects, with sprites - how all that works together is amazing! Just look at the opening scene - it's the perfect example how to introduce a game! Then - gameplay loop - I think I can recognize Persona and Harvest Moon influance - love it! With seasons, calendar events, city exploration, patroling, with event options requiring stats (such as STR or patroling level) - doesn't feel like you're just watering down amazing story events with unnessary grind (like I felt in SC34), but actually feels like a solid gameplay. Background art - it's outstanding! I spent so much time looking at various details in your backgrounds! Huge improvement! I mean it was always good, but in SC34 I was really missing your hand-drawn background line-art. Perhaps, my main complain is that sometimes the game felt like several different games. For example - Hornelia's arc - love it, but feels like it's a separate game. Not just because of the style, but because gameplay-wise she has her own corruption mechanic, that is nothing like the main heroines, and because it's very self-contained arc. Same was with gardening - loved it, but felt like a separate game - the only connection to the rest of the game is that you can sell crops and participate in the farming contest. Anyway, I really enjoyed the game (and continue to do so)! Thanks for your work, man! Really really hope your next project will SC34 Season 2 🫥

Harem Lily crashed the game, garden didn't output what you planted, $ shenanigans, earlier builds had a traceback on most of Jasmine's wedding endings, you couldn't win the muscle man contest, some weird "stuck" darkness effects made the game unplayable .... Among other things

Thank you for your kind words, my friend. I can see right away that you and me are on the same wavelength and appreciate the same things. Everything you say here is spot on, including the light critique you give. Yes I was taking my inspiration from both Persona and Harvest Moon games and yes I agree that the gameplay does feel disjointed sometimes, and yes Queen Trainer is the most GAME-game I have created to date. I put a lot of effort into it, trying to create something that would feel more like an actual game and not an interactive visual novel. Insane amount of hours went into planning and coding. I am glad it was not for nothing and you enjoyed the game despite it is not being perfect. ^_^

Yes, quite a few people mentioned the lack of the stats. I had plans for stats screens for relationship progressions and such, but eventually had to sacrifice it in favor of a more timely release. Many things got cut because the game was taking way too long to develop already. I will keep your request for stat screens for my future projects or if I decided to work on Gold Edition of QT one day. Anyway, thank you for your kind feedback, I am glad you enjoyed the game.
