Added a new Tier (Discord and suggestions) (Patreon)

Alright so I made some changes on Tiers.

- Added a new tier for $8:

Has access to Discord and you have the ability to suggest characters (OC or FanArt for Polls)

(That can be done on Discord or via DM here on Patreon)

- Changed the access to PSD files from Tier 1 to Tier 2
