I can't believe this is the first time Ive drawn Mik with a human

Wait...I just realized you don't always draw Mik with brown eyes. For a second I thought it was a lie that she would like Gojo and instead I thought he brainwashed her which caused those bright blue/green eyes but I just noticed she occasionally has blue, green or even purple eyes....Does she secretly have multiple sisters!? (I actually assume you just like to experiment with her colors/design).

I was influenced by Clamps old manga in that way - Mik doesnt have a set eye color. It changes almost every time ha ha.

Oh I don't know anything about that. I assume the characters on the manga cover art always had different eye colors? The only manga I know which had such thing was Wonder 3 in which the characters (eye) colors were pretty inconsistent. For example with Bokko (the white bunny you also drew in February) either had red/brown or blue eyes on the manga cover (and since the anime was in black and white you still couldn't exactly tell what her really eye color was supposed to be). If that's what you mean then that's actually really interesting. I haven't seen any artists draw their OC's with different eyes, unless they decided to change it but not just different every time. It is really fun though to see Mik with different eyes/eye color. Kinda makes her a new character each time! I remember seeing that one drawing in which she had these huge dark pupils which made her look a lot more cute (the one from Jan 2023). Anyways, love to see what you'll draw next!
