Hey the 8k videos im downloading onto my quest 3 have bad quality when im viewing them in my headset, is there a specific reason for this? The file sizes are also smaller than ones from other creators, any help would be appreciated!

idk when the "Promo Tier" was added that's currently available (5 left, it says) but it promised me I'd get Vault access, no? like Diamond+? Can't seem to access these and to unlock it tells me to upgrade to Golden.
