I wouldn't throw shade on davinci. It really is an amazing program to edit videos. Especially if you're starting off and don't wanna pay the outrages prices for premiere at the beginning. That being said. I myself switched from davinci to premiere and it's an easy process. A lot is similar and some of the keybinding in davinci is actually more intuitive than in premiere and you might change your keybindings in premiere should you decide to make the switch! There are more guides on how to do certain things in premiere though. And After Effects is amazing, but using it is an art in of itself.
