This is a free short story that was the result of a Stretch Goal from last year's Menagerie, the pairing/scenario was voted on via a public poll. I was prepared for the potential that the Isidor/Malachi pairing would win, but it turned out to be quite a difficult story to write. I hope I've handled it with care, but if the premise seems ghoulish to you... well, yeah. That's part of the point.

DO NOT ready this story if you have not yet finished 'HeartTheft', it is based around one of the biggest spoilers in the entire book. If you don't care about that... have at it. But be warned!
