Several options, but which is the right answer? There's a cardboard box... You could use the rope to try to climb along the side of the mountain , or you could check out that water pool to the left. The water had to come from somewhere, right?

head into into the cave and follow the flow of water in the cave to take you past the checkpoint.

ACTION: you can get the chest... but most likely you are going to miss your lockpics. Get that box (YEAH METAL GEAR SOLID) and use it to hide and rest somewhere. If you can check that the guards are not patrolling your resting place. And if you can keep your disguise while resting, it could be a good idea to get your disguise back >>> It took you ... >>> ... and you are tired and sleepy. >>> ... , because in front of you there is an immigration checkpoint of ponies that is {under the control of the | controlled by} Royal Guard.

Collect water from the spring pool and maybe use the box or take it along with you for a quick disguise. Without the lock pick the chest will need to be broken open by force. It is pretty high up so dropping the chest of the cliff might break it open though it could mean the loot inside suffers damage too.

First, check the chest (it may be unlocked). After, check cave with waterfall.

You should collect the loot of the chest and hide behind the bushes, so you can see if the Royal Guards are patrolling and which way they will take.

Check the chest up the ladder carefully then sneak your way into the cave and see if it comes out the other side

go and check the chest then rest intill nightfall you are tied and will have better chance to get pass guards rested and under the cover of darkness

It was a long trip, Young Queen, but you have reached your first checkpoint. After that journey, you will need a safe resting point. That chest up on the ledge near the tree and bush looks like it might make a good place to rest for the day, but it's a little too convenient. Someone else might already be using it. Since Celestia's already brought up the sun, flying over to check it out isn't good unless you want to be spotted. That cardboard box looks like it's next to a rock with a niche you could use for a bit of cover when it starts getting hotter. Filling your bottle with water would be good, but it's probably too light for that to be safe already. At least it doesn't look like the ponies patrol past the border too often. Better hunker down for the day and get some rest, and maybe use a bit of love from your love gem to take the edge off.
