i hope the thief's soul burns in the badlands, i dont see why people steal art, its obvious who it belongs to, more so with the water marks artists are throwing on their work, lilythekitsuen is doing so due to thieves stealing her comic

Already did it. That website don't stolen just my arts...They have art of nearly 100 creator of other Patreon too.

Then let patreon do the legal battle for you, they can close it if they start proceeding against the individual who is hosting the website. Thankfully you did not put up this journal on DA, otherwise you are saying that there is a website that display your work and they will start looking for it.

I'm too coward to post it on DA and well...What I feared is that Patreon got hacking. That website have so many arts of many artist on it. And it still get fast update...It something that impossible for human to do...Human need to go and check every artist in Patreon. Save description and picture and re-upload it on website...but this...this is too quick.....They might make a program that access to Patreon's database and copy auto update on Patreon to that website....This problem is bigger than we know...

That is not what I meant, I mean that everyone here in patreon, the vast majority comes from da. If she make a journal in da, this is saying to those that have not contribute in patreon that they can access the content without contributing to patreon. In this case she is shooting herself on her own foot. Imagine this, less than 2 person knows the location of the famed nazi train carrying gold in europe, after the news broke, how many person do you think spend their time trying to find it compared to before the news broke?

There isnt much that an artist can do in this situation, unless that artist paid to have her work to be registered as an international IP or Intellectual Property. However, unfortunately in this case since her work is a fan-art she would never be able to register her work as an IP. In my opinion, the best counter is to use fan-base power to harass the person doing this and secondly for the artist themselves to consider this as free publicity for her work. Unless of course the thief claims they are the one making this art. Then in that case lets hope one of the fans is a black hat hacker and take it upon him/her to do some voluntary work to balance off his/her karma.

I don't think i'm alone when i say i have my own private offline collection but posting content that's not yours for everyone to see is unacceptable. I'm a strong believer in things that are open source but that's not the same thing as free. An economy doesn't work if everything is free or stolen. I hope this thief is brought to justice.
