I suggest you drop the first aid kit down and explain her that there are some energy pills in it that could help Starlight. Then tell her that you refuse to fight, that you are willing to die to prove changelings are no ennemy, this should show her your resolve. Before you put yourself to sleep with one of the darts, tell her that she know has your life in her hands, and if she wants to know more about you and your goals then she shan't harm you.
