I'm curious as to why Twilight hasn't questioned why Flurry Heart is in Ponyville. Unless Flurry told Twilight about the teleport to the Crystal Empire, and would have to say she followed the YQ back which would make her a suspect in what injured the YQ, there is no real reason for her to be in Ponyville at the moment.

You should ask your aunt to teach you a spell to detect changelings. It's kind of rude to go around looking for disguises, but I doubt it can be helped; this bodyguard is unlikely to just reveal himself to you. Asking your aunt for help will also give you a chance to come clean to her. Trust me, you'll feel better once you confess, even if doing so is scary.

You need some information, because without them you will search needle in hay. You must know how her bodyguard acting and you must know where he was last time. Then you will have something to start. And ask your sis about is there something else she need.

Ask your sister if she has any idea where her body guard might be. After that, leave her sword with her because... well, because it's hers.
