I'd recommend pain: peck her or apply an unpleasant amount of heat to some part of her. You could also try to set a large enough fire in the poison joke to frighten her, but I don't know if you could control the fire once you set it and I don't think burning poison joke is a good idea.

Get close and gentlely tug her mane or tail to get her attention and lead her out of the flower field, don't peck unless the gentle approach fails.

Are there any rocks small enough for you to carry? If so, then carry a rock over the the pony, since she seems to love rocks so much. But don't give it to her just yet. Use it to lure the pony out of the Poison Joke.

Out of all the choice, the option that cannot talk was chosen. That's another Brexit choice right there, now we have to spend time to go to Zecora for the cure. Peck her head and lead her out of the flower field, then do a lassie impersonation, that dog can somehow tell that a kid is stuck in a well with a few barks somehow.
