Maybe strength isn't the best choice, a portable Poison Joke antidote potion can be very useful to turn back into Alicorn right now (undo Poison Joke curse instantly). This is not as mad as we could think in relation to Poison Joke field below, especially if this cave was used by someponies in the past. With that, you can fight against monster with spell if necessary and look for sister's bodyguard

It's hard to say what would be good in a fight against a monster when you don't even know what the monster is. And considering that the crack in the wall appears to be natural, it's doubtful that something was specifically placed in it. So what's behind the wall that could potentially be useful would most likely be crystals containing naturally forming magic that can be used by an earth pony to cast magical spells.

Inside was magic iron "gloves". They look old but look like they have very high quality. On them is inscripted strange runes... Look dangerus but you can fell also power... There are "Vampire Hooves" (they give extra dmg but also drain energy when you use it for too long)

I agree with the magic iron gloves, something like my nightmare armour would be nice. Ooo maybe make it possessed by an ancient spirit or something.
