Ice Sidequest pt.2 (Patreon)

This is part 2 of the sidequest for the ice world area, you have to attatch bells that only drop from certain enemies in the area to the poles, then ring the bells to rotate the symbols to form the symbol ! The symbol can be formed at multiple angles so the solution could have the symbol be horizonal or vertical and be correct!
