Rouletta with the shield status (Patreon)

This video is just to show how it works for Rouletta too, Rouletta gets an increased verison of the shield as enemies do more damage that rouletta does given the enemy health differences to Roulettas health pool.

Why is Roulettas health so much more than enemies health then? Well generally in the game you'll be running against 2-4-6-8 enemies at a time, only using your wheel to heal back up. It's to mitigate the micromanagement and difficulty that'd come with having same health pools.
