Seen the movie with you now, thank you for a good reaction. :) Yes there is a movie called World Trade Center from 2006 with Nicolas Cage. You are right, John Travolta is Vincent from Pulp Fiction. Regarding the people that doesnt move fast from the siren firefighters, police and ambulance i would say is quite common. Ive done a lot of traveling and i must give huge credits to the Germans for moving very effectively when an accident happened so i understand your reaction.
