Great episode reaction Biss, ive been to that town it is really beautiful as well as the eagles nest it is still there exactly as it were back in the days. Part from a lot of artifacts which got looted but with photographs it was possible to reproduce the furntures. Today there is also a resturant up there. i strongly recommend that you visit it sometimes down in south Germany.

Fantastic reactions, Biss, loved every minute of your BoB journey! On rewatches, of course, it's easier to recognize some of the minor characters, and get more invested in them. I can highly recommend you watching season 1 of True Detective! It's absolutely amazing in all ways.

Thank you times a million.

I'm glad you liked and appreciated this series as much as you did. It might be the best series I've ever seen and I'm happy I got to re-experience it with someone who was as touched by the comradery and experiences of Easy Company as I was. Thanks, Biss. I'm all in favor of True Detective being the next series. Looking forward to it.

Love your honesty, Miss Biss. It's a rare commodity nowadays. 😍

Less then 1% of Americans go into the service no days. I am one that did. Think of the Billions given to other countries, or what ever. That is why they are considered the THE GREASTEST GENERATION here in America!! Love your respect on this subject. God bless and a Salute to you from all us Veterans.

1 month ago i was in Berchtesgaden to visit the eagles nest. It is now a restaurant. 1 ticket cost 30 euro. It is really beautiful there. Eagles nest got a little museum. Nice surroundings and also nice to walk thru the mountains. Good hikers place also.

Amazing reaction. More like this!

It's all fine to lett feelings and emotions come to surface. Series and movies about those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. They truly deserve our thoughts and tears. Nothing is thought less, of let these true stories, these lives touch you. It's beatiful life, thats why they fought no matter if they volunteered or not. Thanks for sharing this with us :)

Hope one day you do We Stand Alone Together!!! Love your reaction to this series!!!!!!!!!!

What an awesome journey Bisscute, thank you. I want you to know that as a retired US Sailor, all the benefits I'm receiving today are from the sacrifices of those who went before me. We Americans (most) are truly blessed by these men and women who served and sacrificed for our freedom. Again, thank you.

Nope

As an adult man I absolutely didn't cry at the end, shut up.

On your wrap up, Biss, I applaud your thought process: The accomplishments of these men, this unit, deserve praise and attention. I agree. I served in war in the infantry. I promise you in every man who returns from war there is a tension between wanting to share your sacrifices and want to be officially honored and another desire to put the entire experience behind you. You mentioned how one of the veterans became a postal worker and, from your comments, I think you figured this position isn’t important enough. I don’t know how that man felt about it but I urge you to understand that having a nice little postal route, do your best to get people their mail might be exactly the quiet life he felt he needed. Remember how they said George Luz became a handyman. I can guarantee you he took pride and solace from fixing things rather than destroying them.
