For more context about the Freemasons, they're basically a brotherhood which traditionally omits women, is vaguely cult-y and 'secret society-y', and quite frankly is rather corrupt (see: freemasons and their influence in the police force in the UK). For the show however, it was more a throwaway joke that because Gabriel dresses the way he does, the pub owner assumed he was a Mason member, since there is a Lodge (where they conduct their lil secret society meetings) next door. A funny line if you know the context!

once again i am so so glad the charms got there safely and that you like them!! i hope this episode gave a bit more context for the magic hat charm aziraphale has :) this episode is one of my favorites, the 1941 flashback from season 1 was easily one of the best scenes, and it was expanded on in such a lovely way. crowley was so terrified of discorporating aziraphale and seeing how much they trusted each other during the bullet catch is beautiful. also, fun fact, crowley saving aziraphale's books IS when aziraphale fell in love with him according to michael sheen himself :)

One thing I love is that the whole magic show was *completely unnecessary*. Crowley thanks Aziraphale for "helping" him with the dance hall owner but there were a dozen simpler ways that Crowley could have fixed that. He was in good standing with Hell at the time (you know he took credit for WWII) so nobody would have blinked an eye if he miracled up some fresh booze. He just wanted to indulge his angel.

If I had to guess, I’d say the reason zombies walk like that is due to rigor mortis, which is essentially what happens when corpses stiffen up due to lack of bloodflow. Super stiff bodies don’t generally lend great mobility, the broken bones thing is definitely a possibility. Also morgan’s reaction to Azi’s name pronunciation struggles killed me xD

The gender neutral term is Fangush which just means to talk excitedly and enthusiastically about something related to fandoms. This episode is so fun! Definitely one of my favorite episodes of the show! And i agree! The happy moments get me crying every time😂 this episode is just so fluffy and loving and the way they LOOK at each other like they are the most precious beings in the world just kills me😫

The reason Aziraphale loves magic is because he is being dishonest! Oh no, that's terrible why would you want to be dishonest. Oh, well, the people you are being dishonest with know you're being dishonest. He's not being dishonest, he's showing how clever he is! I like to think that this is the first time Azi went to lie and realized he enjoyed it, because he was doing it by the rules.
