Hello everyone! I wanted to come on here and pick your brains about something.

So we're hosting the Trevor Project charity livestream tomorrow on Elijahs channel (link below if you want to attend) and if/when we reach the $6k milestone I'll be doing a reaction video dressed as Crowley from Good Omens. I'm stuck as to what I could react to tho.

I'd prefer for it to be a one off video so I'm not looking to start a series like Doctor Who for it. Any ideas as to what I could react to for it? It would be even funnier if its something you could see Crowley reacting to.

Thanks in advance!

Dark Persona

Well if a movie would work then I recommend spirited away (sorry I don’t have many recommendations currently that aren’t series

Ymerdrys

Have you seen The Mitchells Vs The Machines on Netflix?

Kayla Ryan

You could do a couple episodes of Staged. It's Michael Sheen and David Tennant

T. Reed

How about the film version of What We Do In the Shadows? It has the two leads from OFMD in it -- Taika Waititi (main role) and Rhys Darby (side role).

bowen

What about Good Omens amvs that u haven't seen

Ty

Promare, Girl who leapt through time, summer wars, Arashi no yoru ni( I think this one only has subtitles)

Julian Clark

How about "tales from the birdcage" by the youtube channel Marccus Norman? It's a compilation video of popular short done by his webtoon characters from his comic "Mythed Up".

Mel Strobel

Ok so I haven’t seen it, but Bright Young Things is a movie that both Michael Sheen and David Tennant were in.

AlienAceCat

Have you reacted to Nimona? If not that would be a great one

SPIKELB!

It’s not a series but it is a movie: Arsenic and Old Lace

Emily Thouless

Lucifer, sandman, or dead boy detectives are all good choices, highly recommend episode 5 of sandman, quality reaction material

AlienAceCat

I would suggest The Untamed, best queer love story ever (I say as a Good Omens fan) but it's crazy long and difficult to get past copyright. But OMG I would love to see you react to it 😁

Emily Thouless

I also second staged it's phenomenal

Netflix's The Little Prince (2015) I think is a great underrated movie. Honestly could see Crowley reacting to it because it's about a little girl raised to be this perfect polite genius and act like an adult when she is a child and befriending her elderly neighbor who teaches her about imagination and adventure. Crowley also had to pretend to be someone else for acceptance and hated how rigid Heaven was and want to break away from controlling higher ups. The trailer: https://youtu.be/9gARHWfXE40?si=jpQmW8w-UkBljUdM PS Please upload the stream onto Patreon. I want to watch it, but unfortunately it's going to be the same time I will be at pride.

Chelsea George

Doctor Who (2023) episode 1x06 (aka 14x06) "Rogue". It's a standalone episode you don't need to watch any others. Queer storyline, but I won't give spoilers.

ohmilla

Crowley reacting to a Jane Austen movie could be funny

Dinker

Not sure how well The Birdcage has aged but it was a breakthrough at the time for representation. A few things in it are annoying through a lens of modern understanding. On the other side there's the movie Constantine. Which has a creepy representation of Hell. Definitely scary but not strictly horror. Can't think of any good cartoons for a one shot.

Serinthia Kelberry

Kevin Smith's film "Dogma", if you haven't seen it yet. Crowley would lose his mind over that.

Joey Quixote

I'll try to cook up a short list later, but for now, I'd like to pitch the 1999 comedic film "Dogma". Two angels who've been cast down find a loophole in Catholic Dogma that would allow them back into heaven. This would result in a very bad day for... everyone. It's up to a woman who no longer believes to stop this all from happening. Along the way she teams up with a pair of stoners, a Muse, and the 13th Apostle. Very funny. Still holds up well. The film was protested by religious groups though, so you might get heat for that. Tremendous cast; Linda Fiorentino, Alan Rickman as a Metatron you won't want to punch, Chris Rock, George Carlin,, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Salma Hayek, and since this is a Kevin Smith movie, Jay & Silent Bob are there. No gay, but if you wanna ship Bartleby & Loki, I get it. Might be a problem putting it on YouTube (apart from religious reasons) as Harvey Weinstein owns the digital rights and has refused to release it digitally. Naturally there's ways to get it 🏴‍☠️, and Weinstein is kind of a monster, so...

miracle

Can you react to "stranger by the shore" it's a short lgbtq movie. It's really good, it's available on crunchyroll in subbed Japanese or English.

Joey Quixote

Lol. Beat me to it. I'd only be concerned over the potential religious backlash and the fact that Weinstein refused to release it digitally. Excellent pick though!

Entirely my own head canon, but I buy that Crowley would be a closeted musicals lover (what with his love of the ever-flamboyant and wonderful Freddie Mercury) - so “Kinky Boots” or “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” could be fun. I would say the actual musical “We Will Rock You” using Queen’s songs and based around a story of rebellious people fighting to save rock’n’roll by bringing freedom of expression and thought to a vaguely alternate modern/dystopian society would be perfect, but it was a true stage production with no movie made out of it so don’t know if you’d be able to find it.

Liam Gradwell

I think Crowley would love to watch Lucifer or Sandman.

lizzy

Oooooo I definitely would love to see your reaction to Coraline if you haven’t already seen it

Beckers

In the book, it's mentioned that Crowley's favorite TV show is The Golden Girls, so you could try reacting to an episode of that. Neil has also stated that TV Crowley likes The Good Place, which is another excellent show (but one I would love to see you watch eventually if you haven't already). I also agree with Sandman, Dead Boy Detectives, and Lucifer, but those all would make good reaction content as a series, so not sure if that's outside what you're looking for at this moment.

Alice Stone

Oh there's this cute queer short film called “In A Heartbeat” which I think you'd love! ^^

Ash Vander

I think "Dogma" is by far the BEST choice for this particular type of reaction, but I also think "The Birdcage" would be another great choice!!

Ashley Silver

The 1993 adaptation of Virginia Woolfe's Orlando would be a good fit for Crowley

Stephanie Rose Allen

I think Mitchell's versus the Machines would be a good movie for you

Kirsten Bailey

Seconding the suggestions for Dogma or The Birdcage!

CR Fan

My short list would be: Dogma, Rocky Horror, or a couple episodes of Staged just for the meta. lol

Ryn

Do a lackadaisy mini

Dinker

Dogma is a good one, but I will always vote for The Birdcage.

Dinker

Coraline would be an awesome release around October but I don't know how well Morgan handles creepier surreal stuff so not sure if it would be their cup of tea or not.

Chris Dryden

Rocky horror ,dogma ,space balls , blazing saddles , young Frankenstein

Kieran Hunter

Dogma, Robin Hood: Men in Tights

Martin E Melcher

Gotta suggest the "What We Do in the Shadows" movie!

Phoenix Mackenzie

Promare, the rocky horror picture show

Kaye O'Malley

Pilot episode of Lucifer would be hilarious for Crowley to react to. Bonus, if you enjoy it, maybe you can add the rest of Lucifer to your reaction plans. :)

Peach

very cute but it's explicit nsfw and I dunno if Morgan's aroace self would enjoy that

Joy (a.k.a. Gentle Lionheart)

Oh right I forgot about that scene.. I'm on the repulsed side of the ace spectrum so I ended up completely skipping over it which probably explains why I didn't remember it. I feel like if we give Morgan a heads up and timestamps that they could use to skip the nsfw part of that film, they might still enjoy the rest of it
