In episode 4 when Val offered Charlie a role he said he could make her richer than her dad strongly implying that Lucificer is the richest person in hell.

The little money conversation highlights one of my favorite things about the show. It might be just headcanon but I low key completely buy that hell is literally just the modern world except you can't escape the capitalist dystopia by dying, you'll just regenerate in the same shitty place. Isn't the most plausible form of eternal suffering just having to exist and continue to work forever because if you don't you'll starve and that'll just hurt incredibly but you won't die.

If they don't know what gets someone into heaven then this means they might not know what makes an angel fall. Depends on if Lucificer falling was a similar process to souls just showing up in heaven or if he was voted out. I initially thought that Serra was genuine but letting fear of the unknown make her make had decisions. I go back and forth on whether I think she's a well intention character who thinks she has to make these decisions and thst she's intentionally up to something. It also depends om how legit the fear of a uprising is. It's still wrong what she decided but if there was a war between hell and heaven before (which is usually accepted as happening in Christianity with the fall of lucificer and other fallen angels happening after they lost the war) then the fear of another one is more genuine and less scapegoating. It's still the wrong decision, i can just understand her point of view if she saw the last war and never want it again.

Watching the two of you talk about the show and relate is 10/10 pure as the driven snow :) Love it.
