Waddle headphones aren't necessarily a red flag on their own. Waddle electronics are ubiquitous enough in this setting that even the main characters have been shown using them. Sure, Gandra did turn out to be working for Beaks, which is probably why the headphones were that prominent, but that's not the only reason she'd be using their stuff. Interestingly, every element Huey lists of the meet-cute also applies to Webby and Lena's first meeting. Make of that what you will. Launchpad's list of exes includes a clone of himself, so it's direct textual evidence that he's bi. Or that he's trans and the clone was a woman. Or both. Honestly, Fenton should have been expecting something like this when he let his boss's autistic children organize his date. The show has a character who's an evil South African billionaire living in the US under an assumed hyper-nationalist identity for the sake of a petty revenge scheme, and that's still not the show's most direct analogue to Elon Musk- and they weren't even trying to write one! Musk has just become more like Mark Beaks in the years since. At some point before this, Frank Angones was asked which of the triplets had the best singing voice. He said it was Huey, but he keeps it to himself because he knows Dewey would be devastated to learn it wasn't him. Huey's opera singing is the payoff for that. As an autistic musician and former boy scout, Huey is the single most relatable fictional character that has ever existed. Beaks using Spanish nicknames for Fenton is, in fact, meant to be racist.

Also the Gyro in the closet joke, he is voiced by the openly gay Jim Rash, so it’s more likely than not

Many have pointed the similarities in the meet cute depicted in this episode with Webby meeting Lena. Intense eye contact, coy body language, the nervous accident, etc. Food for thought. Tbf, I think Beaks called someone else "amigo" at some point, but it definitely feels intentional when he uses it with Fenton.

So, it took me a while to get to this episode because gandra is one of my least favorite characters. I dislike the ship of her with Fenton and find her to not be a good enemies to lovers trope for them. But was glad to see your reaction! Especially because Fenton is one of the characters in enjoy a lot and was glad to see you enjoy it too.

15:05 This is a reference to a Ducktales comic book (one of the few I read) where Scrooge almost destroy the world by pouring the liquid on the ground because he was pissed that no one saw the point of this invention.
