They're charging money for the watchalongs. If a studio wanted to, they could hit them with a fine or jail time with distribution of their product for their own financial gain. It's why you aren't supposed to put up a screen in your backyard and charge people money to watch it. Most reactors do things this way on Patreon as a safety net. They already get hit enough with DMCAs and whatnot on their YouTube edits, where they just show clips of them reacting to the movie.
