Wait!!!! Yall were so quick with it!!!! I just watched Sonic 2 reaction yesterday. BOSS MOVE 💪🏾😆

Melissa Creel

So glad you jumped on this. My husband, son, and I went to see it on Christmas as a family and my son went back a couple times since. Keanu was just perfect for this. He is kind of the John Wick in the Sonic world😁 Hope you guys are having a great new year.

Jordan Williams

The 90's kids were on fire in the theater lol cheering, applause, and a standing ovation at the end

HerpMcDerp

I'm going to be watching this for the first time with y'all. Gonna be awesome!

Ava S

I really enjoyed the movie as well 😊😊.. I just wish I was more familiar with the Sonic video games. I am going to get more familiar with all the characters because it looks like they may have a Sonic 4. (Post credits)

Ava S

Yes Ari and Denise!!!! Please watch Coming to America !! It's a classic.

TheMediaKnights

Looks like Sonic 4 is definitely happening! Denise is currently familiarizing herself with a lot of the lore, might even play some of the games haha

TheMediaKnights

I can only imagine! haha A lot of these visuals/sounds are things I never thought I'd see in live action as a kid. So glad these movies did well enough for us to get this banger!

TheMediaKnights

Happy new year! So far it's been great! Happy to hear you all got to spend some quality family time! We loved Keanu as Shadow, he quickly became one of our favorites!

TheMediaKnights

Hey! Hope you had a great time watching this for the first time! It was such a fun rollercoaster of a movie. Thanks for throwing some suggestions our way! We've got so much to explore in the 80s and 90s still that we are so excited to share with all of you.

We know that Jim Carrey said he was retiring after Sonic 2 and when I found out he was in Sonic 3 I wondered if he missed the love of making movies….no. This is why I love Jim Carrey. He said he was retired but he spent too much money and he needed the cash. He was straight up with us and I love it.

Mister Lou

There's a pretty fun Miniseries about Knuckles on Paramount Plus that takes place in between 2 and 3, if you guys wanna have fun and watch it, I will gladly join you!

I am so glad I went on this journey with you guys! I was not expecting this trilogy to be anywhere near as good as they are. The story is once again well planned, clever and heartwarming. The build-up was very good, the action sequences were epic and the ending worked well. Very impressed with the fact they dared go to a little darker place with Sonics character as well, we as the audience could feel the anger he was experiencing at the time. Shadow is one of the darkest characters in the Sonic universe and I feel he was truly made justice in this film. Also, a shoutout to the choice to expand on the Robotnic/Stone relationship. It worked unexpectedly well and gave us some surprising depth to both characters. For as much as the voice-acting was solid (Idris Elba is hilarious as Knuckles) the big MVP will of course go to Jim Carey. Sure, he basically just plays Jim Carey dialed up to 11, but there is a reason he is a legend at this point. Nobody does it like him. His physical acting combined with his fantastic delivery is the very best. The effects are once again super stable. Everything looks good and for all my huffing about practical over CGI, I have to say this 100% works. Considering it's not going for realism, it's going for bombastic, CGI is the correct choice. The whole trilogy is well crafted and I hope they manage to keep the quality up for the fourth one (which I imagine will be coming considering the set-ups at the end). Thank you very much for getting me to check out this series, it truly surpassed my expectations.

Had I known 90% of the movie was blurred out I wouldn’t have paid 6$. Expected a lot more from my fav reactors, Kinda mid. I’ll stick to the YouTube vids.

BigFresh918

you're supposed to watch with your own copy or streaming service ya silly goose. it's fully illegal to post the full movie and also make money doing so. also; if you only paid the $6 thinking you were gonna see the whole movie without paying full price for a rental then i'm glad they got your money. lol

At

Wasn’t expecting to pay 6$ and see the whole movie lol. I’ve seen the movie I Was just expecting a diff format than how they chose to do it. 6$ isn’t that serious lol, but thanks

pcdeltalink036

I mean, considering I've seen several different channels fully post movies unblurred I have a hard time believing that these days if I'm being honest.

TheMediaKnights

Just use common sense then, it would take us way less time and less work to just post it as is and let it run. Some channels choose to post the entire thing un blurred because they believe it’s not breaking the law, those who do know that they are in fact breaking the law think somehow Patreon will protect them since the HQ is outside of the US. Neither of these are true, copyright is protected internationally. And if a studio comes snooping around and they see the entire thing on here that would end in a massive lawsuit that would affect both of us directly. How do we know this? Well…not only are we informed by the law but we have lawyers that deal within the entertainment business. In fact at the moment we are fighting Paramount because of Sonic 3 on YT and one of their threats was that they “knew” we were posting the full movie here, clearly misinformed when it comes to how we do things. But yeah long story short everybody is at their own risk if they choose to do something illegal. It’s not impossible to do it we just choose not to.

Fantastic reply, your YouTube videos always state “if you want to see our full uncut reaction to this video, link to our Patreon is in the description”. The only people who complain about their purchase are people who are either grifting trying to watch full length videos without purchasing the videos or people who just have unreal expectations of what a reaction video really is. I’d gladly increase my patronage another $10 if it stopped people like “At” from coming to Patreon “a paid site” from YouTube “an entirely free site aside from premium” and complaining about how they wasted their money cause they expected a completely uncensored movie to be displayed.

At

Once again, never expected to pay 6$ and see a full length movie lol. Nobody’s “grifting” lol. Nobody’s trying to watch movies for free, there’s PLENTY of ways I could watch the movie for free if my goal was to not pay for it. I’ve seen the movie already. Just expected a slightly longer version of their YouTube vid, or just a different format entirely . I didn’t enjoy the format and I left my feedback. Theres plenty of creators on Patreon with a diff format that still shows the movie. Didn’t really waste anything, it’s 6$ lol. It’s not that serious. I enjoy their YouTube vids and I clearly stated I’d stick to that.

TheMediaKnights

We appreciate the feedback but in order for it to be constructive in any way we need specifics. Aside from either displaying the footage or not displaying the footage what other format is there for a full length reaction? What were you expecting? This is more than just a “slightly longer” video it’s twice as long. It kinda feels like you’re trolling tbh

At

I thought it would be a longer version of the YouTube vid. For example just some extra scenes, or reactions from you guys. Or just more reflection of the movie than what you provide in the YouTube vids. I didn’t realize it was formatted the way it is. Meaning I have my own copy and sort of watch it with you guys in a sense. Not once did I expect to pay your price and see the whole movie and trying to “grift” as I was accused of by some random. If I wanted to “grift” I’d pirate the movie or watch it for free somewhere else lol. I paid cause I enjoy you guys, I just didn’t enjoy the product I got. I very well may have overlooked the part where you need your own copy and thats 100% on me. Nobody is trolling over 6$, nobody is “grifting” over 6$. I love your YouTube channel, as I’ve stated before you’re my fav reactors. I must’ve missed the being your own copy statement and that’s my fault🤷🏻‍♂️.

Melissa Creel

I was glad that Christmas fell on his off day so we could go. He works at a theme park in Orlando and the only time he gets Christmas or Thanksgiving off is when it falls on his regular off day. So we made sure to plan so we could go. And when the post credit scenes showed up he almost vibrated out of his seat in excitement. He's 32 by the way and a proud sonic fanboy...

Zachary Hill

I've never been super into Sonic but I know plenty of people who are. My first introduction to Sonic was the Sonic X anime and I think Sonic Unleashed the game where he turns into some kind of werewolf/werehog. The Sonic fandom is really cool though and there is a lot of really good fan content that comes out of it. The first things that come to mind is Super Mario Bros Z, which is an amazing fan series that's kind of a combination between Mario, Sonic, and Dragon Ball Z, and if you're a huge nerd like me it's really, really cool. Also, Snapcube's Sonic fandub is really fun which is where a bunch of voice actors do improv dubs of Sonic games where they aren't given the actual lines and they just improvise what they see on screen and it's actually hilarious. If you like Sonic and you haven't seen those you can find both of them on YouTube.
