Poor Jung-bae. The show had to inflict emotional damage again and he was the only choice.

Personally, I think the Front Man was only in it to try to corrupt Gi-hun. Everyone who plays the games changes. They start to kill each other. They become corrupted by money. They become greedy and heartless and vicious. All except Gi-hun. He made it through all the games and never compromised. Never changed, even a little. Even in the last game, he was unwilling to sacrifice Sang-woo. He was willing to walk away from the money if it meant no being responsible for his death. The front man keep trying to make Gi-hun compromise. Even a small compromise would be a victory. (Very Devil tempting Jesus in the Bible). Tried to get him to not tell the others about the triangle. Tried to get him to attack the other side. The smile from the Frontman when Gi-hun decided to make a 'small sacrifice' of his other teammates shows that he finally feels like he made Gi-hun compromise his principles. I fully imagine the VIPs watching the game between the two of them and betting on how long it would take Frontman to corrupt Gi-hu. The life and death struggle of the contestants becoming less important that the ability to make a good man compromise his principles.

I loved this season of Squid Games. I said this during the first episode of Squid Games but please please watch "Kingdom" a korean zombie show I feel like you guys would love it.

Maybe it’s false hope but I think that the father is still alive. I’m using the “if you didn’t see it, it didn’t happen” rule but I think that the triangle who shot him was 11 and she is gonna try and get him out somehow. Also if you love this series, I know you would love Alice in Borderland. I hope you guys react to it. It is absolutely amazing and season 3 is coming out this year.
