I imagine people have already said this but you should react to the UK TV series “Spaced” which was written by Edgar Wright, Jessica Hynes, and Simon Pegg. It stars Pegg, Hynes, and Nick Frost and you can see the seeds of Shaun of the Dead and other projects in it. Two quick seasons and Kevin Smith and Quentin Tarantino raved about it. It’s a very fun watch!

I was so glad you both loved this movie. It's easily my favorite of the trilogy and I admit, I did not like it much when I first saw it. I rewatched it when I turned 40, 3 years after it's release, and found I liked it so much more. I was in a certain point in my life where I was going through a lot of stuff. I connected with each of the main characters - even Sam - in some way. And rewatching knowing that tonal shift in the story is coming with the alien invasion plot, I could appreciate the character work all the more. I've seen this movie numerous times over the past 10 years and I get something out of it every time. I know Pegg has suffered from mental health issues (depression, I think) as well as spent time in rehab for alcohol problems. That definitely reflects in how well Gary's struggles come across and the bag Pegg can reach into to inform that performance. Also, all of the bar names are purposeful. Way more serious and dramatic than the Cornetto trilogy, to be sure, but I know you'll really enjoy that film. Talk about your stacked casts too! I'm also curious if you've seen Alice in Borderland? I feel that's probably a series you watched when those seasons first dropped tho. If not, I'd love to get your reactions to that one. If so, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did! 😁

Y’all just gotta watch Chinatown. Considered to the best screenplay in film history. (That’s not just me talking) It is up there with The Godfather. Just an absolute gem of a movie from the second golden age of cinema. It’s begging for y’all’s analysis! Love the channel! Best channel on YouTube!

Now Im probably at the wrong place again. But i wrote a comment first in the film i watch Die hard. Then i moved it to your thoughts (sorry) nobody read it. So they to are probably in the wrong place at the wrong time. Now I’m at it again. You must tell me where to write this comments. Please I just want to recommend a series of film in the horror franchise. There are 5 of them and they name is Final destination1-5. 😁 For me they are nearly the best horror movies i’ve seen. Spaced is great. I haven't watched that series in probably ... 15 years? It'd be like a new experience in ways. I just remember that Phantom Menace rant episode really well. And the rave episode. 🤣
