In real-world context, its up for debate; but in the MCU I'm Team Cap ALL the way! When it's Thunderbolt Ross' political shenanigans vs Steve Rogers' own judgement on when the Avengers need to act, the safest hands are certainly Cap's. Those are actually the two sides in this movie! Tony's emotional reactions are completely understandable both in trying to patch up with Pepper and about his parents, but he isn't actually taking any stance based on conviction IMO

I think i'm on team captain america side because I think avengers operating below goverment isn't that good idea and cap has done right thing and winter soilder ins't guilty for Tony's parents' death

Team Cap and Bucky here. Also fun fact: Bucharest was narratively chosen as a hiding place here because Sebastian Stan is Romanian. It was great to see him speaking our language in this movie :). I said narratively, because the filming didn't actually take place in Bucharest. I think it was Berlin, but I'm not sure.

I remember seeing this movie in theatres with my husband. He and I wore Iron Man shirts because up until that point, Tony had been our favorite. We left the movie theatre solidly on Team Cap from that point forward. So, it'll be interesting to see how everything plays out in Doomsday.
