This has been my fav horror movie since it came out. I love that the horror comes from the absolutely heart pounding tension and not jump scares. The scene with the bag head in the background is one of the most terrifying things in horror ever to me! Thanks guys!

I've never been as bothered by them not making good use of the shotgun as I am by the fact that when they had it, they abandoned the safety of the closet. I understand he was traumatized by accidentally shooting his friend, but there's no reason they couldn't have lasted until morning if they had just remained there. The shot of the bag head man in the kitchen behind Liv Tyler is probably the best jump scare ever, because it's not the traditional shocker usually used. It's quiet and effective, and I love it.
