Junior inspector Matthew Lu has been tracking the disappearances of numerous males in the area.
He finally connected the clues and decided to act on it without informing his boss.
"When I solve this case, they won't be able to look down on me anymore!"
"The clues point to this closed hospital, but I still can't find a trace of them anywhere?"
He never noticed the specter emerge from the wall behind him.
Not until it was too late!

Feeling weak and drowsy, he could only manage a, "Wah?"-click-

 Finally able to move a bit, but far too late to stop his fate; he could only weakly agree and follow his new master.
 His frilly and cute outfit showing off everything. His nipples enlarged and pierced with little bells that rang as he walked. His cage locked tight. And his tail plug snugly secured in place allowing it to sway with every sway of his hips.
The specter waved him off to his new life.
Matthew succeeded in finding out the truth of the disappearances, but now he was just another name on that list.
He felt the tug on his collar and whimpered.
