Apothocary Diaries is a good romance anime. You know what would be really funny and full of cringe for then to watch Boys over flowers (anime or live action). I know Boys over flowers is still popular and there are more than a few adaptations.

Romance rec: Fruits basket!!! The story is so interesting and good and if you want astonishing plot with some great Romance sub plot in it, then you should watch The apothecary dairies!! One of the best animes out there rn

Yes!! Fruits Basket is the best as romance anime. It's not just romance. It's based on pretty old manga but the story is still new and unique. There is no other anime with a similar storyline. I recommend My Dress Up Darling as well.

I think the guys would love Lovely Complex - one of the best and funniest romance anime out there I will throw in Ao Haru Ride - however they never finished the anime adaption 😭
