There is a "Post-Credits Scene" that I believe Eve was referring to that y'all didn't watch here. The run time is 2 mins 41 secs, and I think it is definitely worth reacting to if you haven't already. I didn't even know about it until it was mentioned in this vid lol.

Hearing Eve and Bradlynn talk about how much this show affected them (getting pulled into all the analysis stuff and still tearing up at edits) lwk makes me feel so seen because I’m the exact same lmao. (my waaaar closing up on Eren's titan its sooooo good!) - Gotta go with everyone else on this, lyrics in akuma no ko and op 1 from Mikasa to Eren would have made the video 10x better (goated still ofc)

Btw the reason why you’re finding so many new intros and outros is because I believe AOT had multiple special openings/endings that weren’t included in the regular episode runs. Some of them were used only for the final season movies/tv specials in Japan, so if you watched the show straight through you wouldn’t have seen them.

Btw "AOT Junior High" is totally different then Isayama's joke manga "AOT School Caste", they have no relation except that they take place in more modern times. Junior High is a parody of the Aot anime in chibi form which was not created by Isayama while School Caste is a joke manga drawn by isayama invisioning the cast in modern times (the younger cast is in highschool while the veterans, Hange Levi Erwin work modern jobs) and what we see at the end of the movie (post credit scene after the credits)

the spoiler talk will never make sense to me.. sure some do show scenes that give away what will happen but the context in which ur watching is so important. If you're watching for the first time you have no clue what is symbolism and what isn't. Animes do it all the time where they show opening only scenes or things that just don't happen and are purely symbolic. So watching the opening with no context hardly spoils BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE LOOKING AT (for the most part and especially with AOT). If you're watching the opening after a viewing you can confirm everything ur seeing. so obviously you will know if it was symbolic or artist or actually a scene from the show. Finally, a lot of people watch openings for entertainment and good ones do really well for the shows popularity, so they need to include awesome moments and scenes that hype up what happens in the show. The caveat will always be some shows do better than others but most arent as spoilery as you make it seem.

I’ll never forgive them for the season 3 part 2 opening… that shit just spoiled the whole shiganshina fight (yes, it wasn’t 1:1 accurate, but it did show literally the colossal in the middle of shiganshina, them fighting, and already on the very first episode of part 2 with them only just moving to wall maria before you even know what to even expect)

I've always interpreted the scene of kid Levi looking and passing by kid Erwin in the song Red Swan as a little motif to the manga panel of when Erwin is reminiscing about his childhood, the scene where he asks the important question in the classroom with his dad, there is a character sitting and looking at Erwin in the same classroom that looks awfully like kid Levi. Its never explained nor pointed out later in the manga which I think is a way Isayama being a troll. But I've read somewhere that it could be that Levi wasn’t actually there, only that when Erwin is remembering he's subconsciously inserted Levi into this formative memory, it might be that Levi’s appearance is symbolic and signifies that he was the only one who really understood Erwin’s dream. But really its probably just isayama being a troll at the end of the day

It’s incredible. 19:08 the full version of Red Swan ends with the lyrics: "We’ll see the end We’ll be the end" 🥲 1000% these openings, especially S3 opening 2, must be avoided for pure viewing experience.

I was going to upgrade anyway so that was fine by me, but this video isn't available to the tier(s) that all the previous videos in this collection are available to. Just in case you didn't know! Aww, I was hoping you'd react to the ones with subtitles, but I'm still very happy that you guys reacted at all! I was really looking forward to this reaction. Thank you!! Watching without subs *does* allow you to focus strictly on the visuals, so there's that. (Also some of them are poorly translated anyway, which can be misleading.) That praying mantis detail was super cool, I actually didn't know that! Fun fact, but in one of these Eren shoots a bow, right? Well, the very first OP of AOT is called 'Crimson Bow and Arrow'. Nice detail imo :D I've always had a hard time choosing a favourite OP but I think it would have to be a shared podium between Jiyuu no Tsubasa (OP #2) and Shinzo wo Sasageyo (OP #3). I've fond memories of those two from way back when, and they never fail to get me super hyped up. As for EDs, Utsukushiki Zankoku na Sekai (ED #1) is my favourite alongside Akuma no Ko (ED #7). The former beautifully captures the recurring motif of "It's a beautiful but cruel world" and the latter has extremely beautiful lyrics, not to mention ofc the vocals and the stunning animation of the bird and the cage and the flowers (and the title of the song???). Both have made me cry. Since the girls mention Reiner a few times, I wonder if they've listened to Apple Seed yet! If not, they definitely should. Of course they've heard it on the show, but like, just the track with subtitles. It's very hype but also tragic, definitely one of my favourite vocal pieces from the OST. Yessss do watch Junior High! Also, an interview or two from Isayama would be cool to see as well. Additionally, I would like to see the girls react to the Project emU! Looking forward to more AoT content eventually! 🙏🏻
