People commenting on the eps skipped is fair enough, they're well liked and genuinely tied the story very well, the geks would like it as much as they liked 497 probably. It's not so much of a matter that it adapted a couple of panels, but just that those were nice eps. But I guess it does get tiring seeing it all the time.. It reminds me a bit of the watch one pace comments as well

One piece fillers are great!! There are great filler episodes all skipped over. The filler episodes from water 7 arc are peak one piece!!

You guys finally made it to 500 episode mark! honestly as you go on from here, you'll look back and be so amazed how far you have come. Imagine getting to 600/700/800 episodes. It's a big distant from the number 100. It's so crazy, seriously. 😆😆😁😅

497 was great, I’m so happy you guys like it! One piece fillers are some of the best for sure. Usopp vs daddy in loguetown was anime filler (canon but not in the manga) and it’s one of my favourite usopp epsiodes. G8 will also always be canon in my heart; honestly prefer it more than most of the one piece movies

Also u probably alrdy know but some/majority filler (including this) is ‘anime canon’ — it’s canon either from the cover stories or from novels/magazine snippets (as confirmed by oda as well)

You’ve probably heard this already and my comment is so late lol but I’ve watched this show twice already and with filler and every once in a while I always just go back to fillers bc they make me happy to see the crew go into random adventures together! I suggest you guys do that, you are apart of the crew now!
