It was a really good attempt, I see what you were going for. The way I see it, is messy kissing with lots of saliva and one of the saliva bubbles forms into a heart. Maybe if Adrian and Milo were closer together it would translate better. But also the action itself is really hard to portray in a single image, but would be easy to portray in a comic page. Milo and Adrian are still adorable as ever ^-^
