I'm in camp monochrome. It's already the established aesthetic of the comic and the fact that pink is the only primary color featured makes it stand out and pop just that much more, and removing that aspect would take away from the identity of the series a bit. Roxanne's comic, however, should be in full color, I think. Her story having color, both literally and thematically somewhat, separates it just that much more from SYLB as her own thing and gives it a feel different from the boys. Ultimately, I'm up for whatever you decide on, but that's just my two cents.

Some awesome news here. Excited for all three upcoming projects. Roxanne is a fun character, so I look forward to what kinda story you'll tell with her and Sk8er Boi is an all-time fav already. Great stuff. If I can offer my opinion for a moment, I'll be honest, from a viewer perspective i really liked the old format: 1. monochrome comics - the superior approach imo, more story pages per update, more images, longer story, less time between updates. 2. more single images - new image once every few days with a new idea, new jade, cody, others.. every image was a small treat. and those seem to be rare recently. it was more fun because I didn't have to wait for so long, every few days there was something, and if the wait was longer we got more. For the comics the monochrome pages for comics, and for those being monochrome i could get to view more poses, more butts, more everything and it was delicious. I don't care as much about it being full colour myself as with these comics yeah it's nice, but we really want the story, the adventure, the thrill of discovering something new, and I feel having it monochrome gave you more to play with and for us more to view and get sucked into. just my 2 cents I love it that you try out new formats and new approaches, I wanna stress i'm doing my best to NOT be the person that says "oh i liked the old stuff better, new stuff sux", I actually try to understand why i'm frustrated. and in the latest weeks witing for this comic was not as fun as previously, I don't like waiting a lot and I feel full colour isn't as important as story.

Thanks for the feedback. It's kind of a doubled edged sword, I can focus more on a single comic and get it completed faster so I can move onto new stuff, or stretch it out longer with other pictures in between updates but take more time to complete it. I've been doing that less over the last few weeks because it's always in the back of my mind that some may not like the current comic, so I shouldn't spend too many months on a single project. This is part of the reason why I want to keep comics to around 30 pages. Constantly pushing myself to put out multiple pages of a comic every week and single images every few days can take it's toll though. Some weeks seem to come easier than others, but going through creative blocks can happen and setting a status quo for this kind of output all the time can get pretty stressful. I agree that monochrome comics are the way to go, I just wanted to try a full colored one to see if I could get faster at it. I felt my speed for SYLB2 pages got faster as the comic went on, and I wanted to see if I could get to that same point with colored pages, but it seems I have my limits. I will try work more variety in.

SYLB is my all time favorite and I could never have too much of it, but seeing a less explored character from that universe is even more exciting than just a third main installment. General thoughts about the posts lately: While I love comics, I'd love to see a bit more random pics of different characters mixed in. Yes, I hate cliffhangers as much as everyone else and if a comic hits the spot, I can't wait for an update. But if someone isn't that much into one character/theme in particular, having to "endure" 7-13 weeks of mostly content they don't like might be a bit much.

Yeah I addressed this replying to another comment. I think the comic pages once a week may have to change so I can mix other things in. Longer waiting times will just have to be an inevitability for the sake of variety. I just need to try different release methods and realise I can't please everyone.

Would you consider employing a "Junior Patreon Artist" to be your colorist? I'm pretty sure i read somewher on here that you have done some drawings / contract work for another artist when you first started. Perhaps you could have a contest for a couple to color some of your older line drawings and have us vote for the best. Then you could focus on monochrome and plot development. You could release them individually here and then have the colorist fill them in under your guidance. Then the complete stories in color cold be the zip files for download. You of course would maintain complete control of the drawings. The junior artist wold recieve recoginition and possibly a link to their Pateron accounts.

I think you should leave SYLB in the monochrome with Pink. While i gravitate to full color comics, just adding that one splash of pink gives the comic so much character that more color isn't needed. also, i absolutely adore SYLB and if monochrome and pink (which i already really like) is faster to produce then more pages quicker is more better! maybe with the extra time you would've spent coloring it you can either do a Roxanna side story with Taylor's mom, do more Jacob and Taylor side stories (maybe Jacob features in Taylor's twatter spreading his ass or in a BJ photo), or you could use the time to work on your other comics and pin ups!
