I feel exceedingly honoured that Tally Ho won Restored Sailing Vessel over 40ft at the Classic Boat Awards 2025!

This award is for all of us - everyone who had a hand, or a click, in the rebuilding of Tally Ho... so congratulations to you and and thank you for making it possible!

There were many other incredible boats in the line-up, and in the other categories, and I'd like to recognise and celebrate all of them. Tally Ho may be more visible online than most, but every vessel represented at this event has demanded a great deal of skill, attention, knowledge, labour, and love, and I was only sad that there wasn't time to meet more of the people responsible.

Congrats! Just finished re-watching the entire rebuild from the beginning. It's even better the second time! So much good stuff in there. Educational, inspirational, entertaining. You've got a certain knack for this type of storytelling, and your choice of music to support the narrative is on point.
