Takes me back - sailed a dirty-bottom chinese junk from Huntington Beach to Moro Bay. Weird time around Point Conception and our UDF? put us on Hwy 101. Yeah, odd times. Sailing is a trust thing. All you have is tech to tell you what that "great grey" actually IS out there.

I wanted to use Marine Traffic to follow you journey, but it doesn't welcome casual users such as myself, and other Patreons. Wondering if you could post your coordinates as you sail along allowing viewers to keep track of your place in the world. Maybe it could be automated every few hours or so...

You should be able to see our live position on Marine Traffic anytime there we have our AIS transmitter on. Here's the link. It will also tell you how old the position shown is. https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/details/ships/shipid:8792627/mmsi:235093681/imo:0/vessel:TALLY_HO I usually keep our position private when in harbour, for obvious privacy reasons :) but it's usually live when we are actually on the move.
