Installing a midships kevel cleat which incorporates a fairlead through the bulwarks (sometimes called a Panama Cleat or a Hawse). This will be used primarily for mooring lines, although it may occasionally see a heads'l sheet as well!

The kevel cleat itself is Iroko, the backing block is painted oak, the staunchions are varnished oak, and the bulwarks are wana. The bronze hardware is yet to come!
