Weekly Update- 06/26/2023 (Patreon)

Happy Monday Roomies,

So the sad update on Infinity War is that it has to be delayed by 1 day. The good update is that it IS recorded, just a matter of editing.

Here are some other quick updates:

• New stickers arrive June 29th! They will automatically be sent out the following week to the patrons in Film Enthusiast and Cinephiles.
• GAME NIGHT- my PC will arrive Wednesday, so game night will need to be postponed once again until THURSDAY- JUNE 29th, but it WILL happen on that date.
• MOVIE NIGHT- is Wednesday, June 28th. The movie will be James Wan's DEAD SILENCE (to celebrate James Wan month). It will be at 5:30pm PT on Discord! We thought this would be a good opportunity to watch it for the podcast, but for any scaredy cats, now they can watch it safely with a group of other Roomies!
• CINEPHILE GIVEAWAY- the second giveaway from June will be held this week! The winner will be announced on Friday morning. The winner will get to choose between a Criterion Grand Budapest Hotel, Criterion Do The Right Thing, or Criterion Thelma & Louise! Any patrons signed up for the Cinephile Tier by 11:59pm on June 29th will be eligible for the raffle on June 30th. (except Melissa Q since she just won, I am sorry Melissa!)]
• House of Horrors: James Wan month is upon us! Just a friendly reminder Sydney and I are currently recording, Insidious, Dead Silence, and Malignant. If you watch or log a review on Letterboxd any of those movies, please tag them "House of Horrors Watchalong" because Sydney will pull the funniest and best reviews to read them in the 4th episode (James Wan Ranked).
• House of Horrors- AUGUST THEME: the poll will be live on tomorrow at 12pm to decide the August theme!
