Strange! I'll look into my settings and see if there's something I can change. I just tried downloading from a different browser, and it worked fine for me. Maybe there were just too many people downloading at once? One of our videos was published on VRP and SLR today, so traffic could be high.

I have been wanting to make a tutorial, but there are so many different VR video players, and different platforms to use them, that I don't think it would be super helpful. If you'd like specific guidance on how to watch VR videos using your particular headset, send me a DM and I'll try to help.
