You can copy the save folder from the old version, and paste it in the same location in the new version.

I can't enter Telind anymore.

I think I know why, but I'm not sure what caused it. Try using a save editor to set variable 26 to 3, and let me know if that works. If it doesn't, send me your save, and I'll find and fix the problem.

That worked but the compliance quest for the weapon shop owner in Telind never happens.

If you want to do the quest, try setting the variable to 1, or 0. I still need to find what event or quest causes this, but making sure that variable isn't higher than 3 should let you keep going in to Telind before I can put out a patch, or release the next version with it fixed.
