Unfortunately YouTube has a strict policy in place for content like this because children can use the app easily and find it

Most likely you're just unlucky. Those others are breaking youtubes ToS too. They just have been lucky enough to not be reported yet.

You should make sure to have everything stored elsewhere, as youtube can't be relied upon to not get deleted. You should expect youtube to at some point remove stuff you post. Also, already having been removed once might mean there's automatic systems where you've been flagged, so are under more scrutiny.

Im sure but in this case youtube Ai saw that as sexual content. Music videos are backed by companies so they get away with things.

It's about US laws. The way they're made it's easier to just outright ban stuff. Youtube isn't a children's platform and never has been so, but sadly some legislators, in response to lazy parents who just led their children watch stuff unsupervised, have passed very restrictive laws that means that it's way easier to just outright ban if in doubt.
