Time is a healer, and if some people have left because they couldn't understand that, then they have never had to deal with illness concerning themselves or a loved one (I know how that works on both sides, currently helping my mum recover from heart surgery) Your work is as wonderful as ever :)

Just remember people may be dropping the Patreon thing for all sorts of other reasons like having to choose between this and few extra gallons of gas. As we all know times are tough. That said you need to do what you need to do and when your wife gets better you'll have more time to do this and new people will join. You built up a following before and you can do it again. 😁
