Will this price increase apply to the commissions from last year as well? And also, at 3 cents a word, what would the max pricing be for a word limit story?

Yeah! I didn't really start any of the commissions I would've liked to, so as long as I didn't start them, it'd be the new price and rules! Max limit would be 1000 words for a com, meaning at 3c per word around 30USD!
