I don't think it's my best work... It does clip alot. Tomorrow I'll see if I can add the skirt back, maybe that's missing from the overall design.

1. Go to where you have your game (not mods) X:\Games\Wuthering Waves\Wuthering Waves Game\Client\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

2. Open Engine.ini

3. add to the bottom:

   [SystemSettings]

   r.Streaming.UseAllMips=1

4. Optional if it doesn't work: go to XXMI and to the WW page. Click the cogwheel in the topright and disable the option "Configure Game Settings".

Or wait until there is a global fix where you don't have to do this I guess.

Edit: I think you still need to do the above things + install RabbitFX (v65_8eb84.zip) https://gamebanana.com/mods/download/527815#FileInfo_1513012

Drop the RabbitFX folder into your Mod folder.
